The value for money at this hotel was great, especially considering the spacious and renovated bathrooms. The location was perfect, with easy access to Heavenly Village and the casinos. The staff, especially Kathy and Alejandra, were wonderful and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal even better would be a wider variety of options.

Great amenities, including free DVD rentals and a variety of activities for kids. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location and easy to find
The room had a strong smell and outdated bathroom. Uncomfortable bed and limited comfort in the room.

We had a great stay at this cozy hotel. Close to shopping and restaurants, it was convenient for our family. The small breakfast provided a variety of options like donuts, fruit, coffee, and juice. The check-in staff was very friendly, and we appreciated the availability of DVDs. Our room had a small kitchen area that was well-stocked with utensils, cookware, and plateware. The double shower head in the bathroom was a hit with the kids, with one set up at their height and the other for adults. The staff was helpful and provided us with information about the area. We've stayed here a few times now because of the reasonable price, great accommodation, and good location. We will definitely book another vacation stay at this place.
We felt so welcome during our stay that we have no complaints whatsoever.

The best aspects of my New Year stay were the well-kept grounds and amenities offered at the hotel. The resort had a clean and inviting pool and hot tub area, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the kitchenette in the room was a great feature. It allowed me to store cold drinks and keep some snacks handy throughout my three-night stay.
The worst aspect of my experience was the lackluster breakfast provided by the hotel. There were mainly unhealthy options like donuts, and very limited choices for a more nutritious meal.
